IT service continuity: How to ensure the availability of critical services
30. April 2020In many companies, the challenges that COVID-19 has brought to everyday business life have highlighted the weaknesses in risk and business continuity management all too clearly. IT services were and, in some cases, still are not or only partially available. It is still unclear how long the limitations of COVID-19 will last. From May onwards, a gradual relaxation is expected, but it cannot be ruled out that a complete normalization is still more than 12 months away.
