Only when we understand why a particular error occurred can we learn new options and alternatives for action. In this way, we expand our competencies, become error-friendly in the face of unexpected events, increase the depth of insight into individual and organizational processes, and ultimately strengthen a positive error culture. A healthy error culture in an organization includes two key points: Error prevention in terms of quality management and support for risk-taking that enables innovation. When it comes to new tasks where experience does not help, the risk is naturally particularly high. The risk should be addressed and accurately identified. A danger that has been described loses some of its terror. If one is on the way to unknown shores, the imponderables increase, but of course one checks the quality of the sails in port.

Multivendor e-commerce platform for telecom provider
My task as project manager was to develop an interactive online marketplace for various telecom providers. The challenge consisted of: Interactive questioning which leads to an individual product offer, interfaces to the respective providers, electronic ID verification.


Introduction of digital customer folders at an insurance company
The goal of the project was to set up a digital customer folder in which private customers as well as business customers can scan their insurance policies (paper format) and third-party contracts and store them online. In addition, direct contact with the personal advisor can be requested via the app. My tasks as PMO were setting up the vision, supporting the creation of the project plan, communication with stakeholders, various organizational and coordination tasks.


Implementation for HR as a Service at a consulting company
The goal of the project was to find and introduce a new product as a service. My tasks as PMO were organization of the workshop, development and definition of the project areas, naming of all contacts, creation of the opportunity list, creation of the potential customer list.
