BACKGROUND
With over 15 years professional experience in the consulting industries I have managed multiple national and international IT projects successfully. I have a broad management knowledge supported by an eMBA of the University St. Gallen. As head of IT Management Consulting and CFO I have been a major driver building up one the most successful consulting company with pure life science focus in Switzerland.

New governance
Together with the VPs of an innovative biotech company, I was responsible for setting up the governance and processes. This included workshops in which the goals to be achieved, the design of the decision-making process and the coordination of the project portfolio with the financial processes were developed.
More efficient IT strategy
In 2019 I was Interim Head of IT for a public transport company, responsible for initiating a new strategic direction for the IT department. Starting with a comprehensive assessment of the current situation, implementation of ad hoc measures to stabilize support service levels and development of a strategy 2025. As a side effect, efficiency gains in the 7-digit range were realized.
Improved service orientation
For the development and communication of an IT infrastructure organization I supported the head of IT infrastructure of an international company with more than 12,000 employees. The goal: to strengthen the service orientation, to strengthen the regional concept and to increase synergies.
