BACKGROUND
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics with a focus on Business. Having previously worked for one of the largest retailers in Switzerland, I have gained an insight into different departments and their needs. In my projects I am perceived as a result-oriented and proactive team player. My passion is to learn new things and to incorporate these new things efficiently into everyday life. This is exactly what appeals to me about being a consultant. Through my strengths, my way of thinking and my motivation I am able to support projects significantly and lead them to success.

Strategy to contain the pandemic
Co-development of a strategy with the goal of creating a comprehensive overview of the Covid-19 pandemic, so that employees of the retailer who have fallen ill or are subject to quarantine are always recorded. At the same time, the flow of information regarding the pandemic to the entire company had to be successful at all times.
Update & validation of a critical application
As project management office, it was my responsibility to support the project manager in project planning including timelines, budget and resources, driving and coordinating project content and tasks as well as project controlling (regular status updates, cost controlling) and communication (efficient design of meeting structures).
Implementation of an RA platform
Supporting the project management in the implementation and validation of a new RA platform for managing electronic registration documentation. My responsibilities include project controlling, review of relevant documentation, and planning and execution of software validation according to GAMP5. I also ensure the correctness and completeness of the migrated data.
